All our bartenders will come out from behind the bar to wait on guests at tables as time permits. What’s that Extra Charge?

The charge is a pre authorization charge that allows us to conveniently give guests their card back while keeping a tab open. It is done to make sure funds are in the guests account to ensure the credit card is valid and working prior to giving it back and opening the tab. The charge is pending and will fall off your statement within 3-4 days or sooner. Each bank is different.
