McIntyre’s Southtown features 3,000 sq. ft of conditioned indoor space as well as 8,000 sq. ft of both covered and uncovered outdoor patio space. Our space is very flexible and offers all types of semi-private arrangements for events. Complete venue buyouts are an option but are very dependent on the day of the week and the time of day.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Does McIntyre’s allow Private Event Rentals?

    McIntyre’s Downtown is the only location that accepts Private Event Rentals on a situational basis. Our other locations are semi-private reservations only. Please inquire through the contact portal for the appropriate location.

    What if I have a large guest count?

    If your guest attendance is more than 30, please fill out the Event Inquiry form on our website. Anything below 30 guests, inquire through the contact portal for the appropriate location.

    How much does it cost to make a reservation?

    Zip! We offer complimentary semi-private reservations to all parties.

    What is the minimum spending requirement?

    There are no fees or minimums required to reserve a semi-private area with us!

    Do you have food?

    Our locations feature either, daily Food Trucks for Food Counters within the facility outsourced to independent companies.

    Do we offer discounts to larger parties?

    Discounts are not available. You may take advantage of any of our daily specials or special promotions that we may have running for a limited time.

    Are kids allowed?

    We are strictly 21 years old and up. Leave the kiddos at home.

    Can I set up a slideshow on a TV?

    We will allow this on a situational basis. We offer limited TV utilization. Please reach out to our Event Coordinator for approval. (No sound is available)

    Is power available?

    There are many outlets within each location for guest use.

    Can I decorate?

    Decorations are allowed. Any major set up must be approved ahead of time with our Event Coordinator. We do not allow any glitter or confetti.

    Is there catering available?

    Yes! We work with third-party caterers that offer buffet style catering. You can also bring outside food or catering.

    Can my guests order from the food truck?

    Yes! Please set up a tab with the food truck directly.

    Can I bring my own food truck?

    No outside food trucks are allowed.

    What are drink tickets?

    Drink tickets are for limiting quantities when paying for your guests. For example, 2 drink tickets per person. Just let us know how many drinks you would like to offer your guests and we will take care of the rest!

    What are wristbands?

    Wristbands are for unlimited quantities of drinks for your guests and to indicate a group is together on one bill.

    Can I limit what my guests order on my bill?

    Yes! We can set pre-approved restrictions to your bill. For example, Beer and wine only.

    Can I set a budget?

    Absolutely! Please set your budget in advance with our Event Coordinator.

    I want to host a fundraiser; Can McIntyre’s accommodate?

    Fundraisers are allowed. Our regular patrons may not be approached for donations.
